  39.    The statement "PowerPC chip allow you to run software from several
  40. systems" is false. It is the unified PLATFORM that will allow you to run
  41. several operting systems. There are currently several PPC based
  42. platforms:PPCP, PowerMac (mac), PReP (IBM OS2, Solaris, WinNT), BeBox
  43. (BeOS), and several that run AIX only. PPCP (formerly CHRP or Common
  44. Hardware Reference Platform) was developed by Motorola, IBM, and Apple to
  45. be Bi endian, openfirmware, and have 64/32 bit switching modes. All PPC
  46. based OSs are being ported to PPCP. For more info download the
